Long Time, No Post

It has been months since I have posted! I almost forgot that I have one of these things!

The short update on my life these past few months:

1) I am teaching third grade at Southeast Christian School this year. I have a great class. They are a lot of fun. Yesterday we had "Discovery Day". All of the students had to read a biography, do research, write a report, memorize it and dress up like their character. I was very happy with how the day went and I think the parents were too.

2) Went to Iowa last week...my grandpa died. :( He was eighty-eight years old and had a heart attack. I will miss him. Lots of good memories of my grandpa.

3) Not doing young life this year. Also sad. Just too much going on right now. I have enough on my hands getting used to a new curriculum this year.

4) Rockies are in the playoffs! I am a happy baseball fan.

5) Still dating David...one year and eight months now.

Okay...there is my official welcome back into the world of blogging! I have a test to write and papers to grade so toodles~!
