Farewell, OId Friend

It seems to me that my life has seen a lot of death in the past few months. Maybe God is trying to teach me something.

This weekend my dearest non-human friend passed away. My dog, Chip. I felt silly for crying over the death of my dog. He has been one of my best friends since 6th grade when my family first got him. Sixth grade was a long time ago. He pretty much grew up with me. I don't think I'll ever have a pet so dear again.

Goodbye, Chip! You were a good dog.

Back in the Groove...

I'm trying to get back in the groove after two weeks in Iowa. It was so nice to have David there and even more nice that he loves my family almost as much as I do.

Tonight I'm trying to get back in the groove...working on getting report cards done.
